Approach to the LGBTQ & Patient

Have you ever had questions about how to approach LGBTQ+ patients? Do you want to feel more comfortable and competent in LGBTQ-friendly healthcare? During this discussion, Dr. Jennifer Aldrich (a board-certified ID specialist and LGBTQ-affirming provider at Temple University Hospital) and Brittany MacDonald (MS3 at Sidney Kimmel Medical College) will provide information about using pronouns, current LGBTQ+ terminology, and techniques to making your practice more friendly to patients within the LGBTQ+ community.
