Dr. Kapetanos is the director of the internal medicine residency program at the Allegheny Health Network.

He’s been a member of the ACP for 13 years, and fondly remembers the excitement of presenting a poster as an intern at the regional meeting. Dr. Kapetanos was excited to host the regional meeting at West Penn Hospital in 2019, innovating on many aspects of the day. However, he is especially proud of how the regions persevered in 2020 to plan a virtual meeting, maintaining opportunities and sense of community for the students and residents of the region.
