Honoring the Legacy of John Nikoloff

Dear PA-ACP Members,

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of John Nikoloff’s passing earlier this month. John was a dear friend, a trusted partner, and a tireless advocate for internal medicine and healthcare policy in Pennsylvania.

As president and co-founder of ERG Partners, John dedicated over 50 years to shaping state and federal policy, championing initiatives that improved healthcare, the environment, agriculture, and business across the Commonwealth. His extraordinary expertise and unwavering commitment to his work resulted in more than 100 legislative victories, including critical advancements for internal medicine physicians and their patients.

John’s work with the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American College of Physicians was transformative. He was instrumental in our advocacy initiatives, guiding our efforts to create meaningful change for internal medicine physicians and the patients they serve. Beyond his professional achievements, John was a compassionate leader who truly cared about the people he worked with, fostering relationships built on respect, trust, and collaboration.
