PA-ACP is a member of the PCCJR, which has put together an educational program on venue titled: Venue – The Unreform! This virtual live event will take place on November 21 from 10:00 AM through 11:30 AM.
We have gathered an expert panel of attorneys who will discuss the impact of the new rule, actions we expect from plaintiffs’ attorneys, and how professionals should prepare for the coming change. We will provide insights on what steps might be taken to prevent venue shopping as well as possible legislative remedies.
